Sarah Rafferty

Sarah became bitten by the acting bug as she was in preschool. The moment her teacher told Sarah to stop playing field hockey in order to be a part of Richard III, she fell in love with the art of acting. Sarah took the decision to follow her love of this art and educate herself by double majoring in English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College studying theatre abroad in London and Oxford in her junior semester. Upon graduation, she earned the title of the magna cumlaude class at Hamilton then went on to pursue a degree at Yale Drama school. Parents who were both accomplished artists and English teachers backed Sarah's desire to pursue the arts. Her natural talent and the education she received paid off. She has also appeared on various TV shows like Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without a Trace CSI Miami and Bones as well as feature films like: Four Single Fathers and Falling For Grace along with numerous professional stage productions such as Gemini and As You Like It. In addition to her acting roles on television Sarah has been a spokesperson for her organization, the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about Alzheimer's disease. Sarah has been the host of their annual event, Sardi's, three years in a row, and she was also the host for the final Sardi's event held in March. Sarah lives on both east and west coasts with her wife and two children and frequently travels to Toronto for work.
